Job summary

Lincoln Electric in Fort Loramie, OH is seeking a Build-to-Print Cost Estimator to develop project cost and schedule estimates for quotes and to drive the quoting process for Automation-designed equipment.

The role requires CAD experience, GD&T understanding, and 3+ years of experience with customers and suppliers, plus proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. You will work across Sales, Engineering, and Management to support cost-conscious manufacturing solutions.

Qualifications

3D CAD experience or modelling is a plus
Understanding of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T)
Minimum 3 years’ experience working with customers and suppliers
Experience using Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Effective writing and communication skills

Responsibilities

Evaluate the feasibility of Build-to-Print projects based on data from Sales, Engineering, Management and Customers
Identify, develop and assist in the development of tools needed for the quoting process
Help to develop manufacturing processes and concepts capable of producing systems or products
Assist as necessary with customer communication, presentations, and trade related events
Follow-up as necessary with sales, customers, and representatives
Responsible for following Department ISO procedures
Participate in activities to ensure continued process improvements
