Job summary

VeeRteq Solutions Inc. is seeking an Automation QA to own data quality testing across Databricks, Delta Lake, and related ETL pipelines. You will design and execute test cases, implement automation, and ensure robust data validation and lineage.

You'll work in a hybrid environment (Chicago/Irving) to coordinate with data engineering and platform teams, develop reusable utilities, and contribute to CI/CD deployments using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.

Qualifications

• Experience in data QA and automation testing.
• Strong SQL and data validation skills.
• Proficient in Databricks, Spark, Delta Lake.
• Experience with Python-based automation such as Pytest.

Responsibilities

• Develop automated test suites for Databricks jobs, Delta tables, views, and data transformations.
• Perform source-to-target reconciliation across source systems, Databricks, and Stardog.
• Validate data completeness, accuracy, consistency, timeliness, and referential integrity.
• Test ontology structures, relationships, SPARQL queries, and graph data in Stardog.
