Job summary

US Foods is seeking an Automation Quality Engineer intern to support the digital, technology and quality engineering team in web and mobile app QA. You will work with Senior QA Analysts and Automation Engineers on test design, execution, and defect management, applying QA automation tools like Selenium, Playwright and Cypress.

The internship runs June–August, is full-time (40 hours/week), and follows a hybrid onsite/remote model. Housing assistance may be offered for Rosemont-area interns.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems/Science or related field.

Responsibilities

• Assist in QA automation test design based on project requirements.
• Identify defects through test execution using QA automation tools.
• Summarize testing activities for review by lead analysts and manager.
• Perform defect management and tracking.
