Job summary

SupportNinja is seeking a Software QA Tester (Automation Testing) to ensure quality across web, mobile, and API platforms. The role is full-time and remote, with a schedule that may shift to different shifts.

You will develop and execute test plans, perform API testing, and contribute to automated test suites. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in QA, experience with modern testing tools, and strong collaboration with Product and Engineering in an Agile setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in software QA or quality engineering.
• Experience testing modern web apps, APIs, and integrated systems.
• Familiarity with test automation frameworks and regression testing concepts.

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, cases, and regression suites.
• Perform exploratory, functional, regression, integration, and API testing.
• Identify, document, and track defects through resolution.
• Collaborate with Product and Developers during refinement, planning, and release validation.
• Contribute to automated testing initiatives and improve coverage.
