ProSearch Recruiting Partners, on behalf of a globally leading robotics OEM, is hiring a Project Manager for full-cycle material handling automation projects in the Dallas area. You will work with customers, suppliers, and internal teams from concept to completion.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, 3 years in material handling/automation, and proficiency in AutoCAD, E Plan, and MS Project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years in industrial material handling or automation projects.
• Strong reading of blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, E Plan, and MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Assist with managing material handling automation projects from concept through completion.
• Develop project layouts with AutoCAD, prioritizing safety and quality.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Analyze data to guide engineering, budgeting, and scheduling.
• Maintain project documentation and scope of work.
• Support vendor selection and RFQ reviews.
• Monitor installation schedules and site progress.
• Present updates to stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction.
• Closeout projects with manuals and deliverables.
