Job summary

Keystone Engineering Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager in Lewes, DE to lead planning, coordination and execution of water and wastewater projects.

You will develop detailed plans, schedules, budgets and allocate resources while maintaining client relations. The role requires 3–5 years in water/wastewater project management, a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering or related field, strong I&C and AutoCAD Electrical skills, and excellent communication and organizational

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in project management in water / wastewater industry.
• Strong understanding of I&C systems and control technologies used in water / wastewater treatment facilities.
• Advanced understanding of instrumentation and controls in water / wastewater.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
• Knowledge in AutoCAD electrical and libraries; proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, coordination and execution of projects.

• Cultivate positive working relationships with clients and team members.
• Manage client relationships, providing updates and addressing concerns.
• Oversee project performance, ensuring scope, schedule, and quality standards are met.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, contractors and vendors.
• Identify project risks and work on mitigation strategies.
• Prepare and present reports on project status, issues and solutions to project leads, management, and clients.
• Ensure all work adheres to regulatory and safety standards.
• Create scope of work details and prepare pricing for proposals and change orders.
• Review control panel calculations, drawings, I/O list, Submittals and O&M Manuals and provide feedback to I&C Designers.
• Provide support to on-site technicians and programmers.

Required Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, or a related field

Our Project Managers travel locally to client sites and occasionally have overnight travel trips for projects.
