Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is required.
• 3+ years in industrial material handling or automation project work.
• Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, E Plan, and MS Project; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead material handling automation projects from concept through completion.
• Develop project layouts using AutoCAD while ensuring safety, quality, and functionality.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal engineering teams on design and layout details.
• Gather and analyze data to guide engineering, budgeting, and scheduling.
• Troubleshoot issues during planning and installation phases.
• Manage timelines, resources, and deliverables to meet deadlines.
• Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and coordinate technical needs.
• Maintain up-to-date project documentation and scope of work.
• Support vendor selection through bids and quote reviews.
• Review and prepare project specifications, RFQs, and technical documents.
• Coordinate installation schedules and monitor site progress and quality.
• Contribute to closeout with final deliverables and manuals.
