Thermo Systems LLC is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex industrial and systems integration projects across energy, life sciences, and mission critical sectors. You will drive execution from planning to closeout, coordinating engineering, procurement, fabrication, software, and field services to meet safety, schedule, and budget targets.

The role emphasizes strong customer interface, proactive risk management, and adherence to project governance while maintaining high quality and safety

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business, or a related technical discipline.
• 5+ years of experience managing complex industrial or systems integration projects.
• PMP certification or progress toward certification is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead assigned projects through defined project phases from execution start through commissioning and closeout.
• Develop and manage project execution plans, schedules, and budgets aligned with PMO standards.
• Serve as the primary customer interface for assigned projects and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and change control.
• Provide accurate and timely project reporting using standardized PMO tools.
