Job summary

Qualifications

• Four-year engineering degree or applicable work experience.
• Experience with factory automation and/or manufacturing.
• Familiarity with mechanical systems, sensors, robots, motion control, pneumatics, hydraulics, and/or vision systems.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with a team.
• High level of integrity with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
• Experience with and knowledge of secondary packaging systems is preferred.
• Willingness and ability to travel 10–15%.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and evaluate project activities from design through installation.
• Lead project planning and provide direction and support to project teams.
• Serve as a key customer contact throughout the project.
• Lead teams in resolving complex technical and project challenges.
• Coordinate solutions across mechanical, electrical, controls, and other disciplines.
