Job summary

ADUSA Distribution is seeking an experienced Specialist Automation Project Engineer to design, implement, and optimize automation solutions across our supply chain network. You will lead projects that deploy robotics, automated material handling, and DC automation, collaborating with Operations, Technology, and external vendors to improve safety, quality, efficiency, and cost performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent experience.
Minimum 5 years in Supply Chain Engineering roles.
Minimum 3 years leading cross-functional projects in a PM capacity.

Responsibilities

Lead design, implementation, commissioning, maintenance, and continuous improvement of automation and robotics across the supply chain.
Identify opportunities to enhance DC performance through automation technologies.
Partner with operations to understand challenges and develop innovative solutions.
Develop business cases and cost-benefit analyses to support investments.
Manage multiple complex projects from concept to implementation within scope, budget, and timelines.
