The role involves travel to installations and collaboration with engineering and procurement, with a strong emphasis on process adherence and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of engineering/automation experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 25-50% with advance notice.
• Administrative support background is a plus.
• Experience using project management tools (MS Project/Teams/Excel).
• Effective verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of project management best practices.
• Financial and analytical proficiency.
• Familiarity with automation project life cycles.
• Strong organizational skills and multitasking ability.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers from award kickoff through project closure.
• Coordinate critical dates for visits, part receipts, and travel.
• Administrative aspects: milestones, costs, and invoicing.
• Prepare project communications and generate reports.
• Maintain information in project folders and systems.
• Collaborate with designers, suppliers, and purchasing as needed.
• Provide status updates in meetings and handle escalations.
• Capture lessons learned to improve future projects.
• Travel to installations and drive project execution and customer satisfaction.
