Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering plus minimum 5 years in project buying/procurement in a project-based industrial environment.
• Experience translating BOMs, supplier quotes, and delivery requirements into purchase request packages.
• Strong supplier evaluation, negotiation, and risk-management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic project sourcing and supplier ecosystem for automation projects.
• Develop BOM-based project supply baselines and coordinate with Project Execution and Engineering.
• Prepare purchase request packages with supplier recommendations, lead times, and milestones.
• Drive resolution of missing information before handoff to procurement execution.
• Track supplier commitments against milestones and manage delivery risks.
• Maintain BOM-level project supply visibility and hot lists for assigned projects.
