Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field.
• 4 years' experience in business, operations, analytics, or related area OR 6 years' experience in business, operations, analytics, or related area.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple distribution center conversion projects, ensuring facility and infrastructure work remain aligned with automation implementation milestones.
• Manage project performance across schedules, budgets, resources, dependencies, and competing priorities.
• Partner with supply chain, design, construction, engineering, and implementation teams to translate business and operational needs into clear project plans.
• Identify risks early, remove roadblocks, develop mitigation plans, and drive decisions that keep projects on track.
• Create visibility and accountability by communicating project progress, risks, priorities, and key decisions to stakeholders and leadership.
• Drive consistent execution and continuous improvement by applying standard processes, sharing lessons learned, and improving delivery across projects and facilities.
