Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering, manufacturing, or related field.
• 3+ years as supervisor or team lead in automated manufacturing.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Lean Six Sigma.

• Lead a team on automated line operations and scheduling to meet volume targets.
• Monitor line performance, throughput, cycle times, and uptime.
• Identify improvements and coordinate with engineering and maintenance teams.
