Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering; 0–3 years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of process optimization and automation; Lean and Six Sigma principles.
• Proficiency in data analysis, process modelling, and statistical analysis.

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement process improvements to reduce cost, waste, and cycle time.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new processes and equipment.
• Monitor process data to identify trends and propose improvements.
• Apply SPC methods to ensure consistent quality and reduce variation.
• Develop SOPs and work instructions with production and QA teams.
• Lead capital projects related to process improvement and automation.
• Provide engineering designs including layouts, BOMs, and electrical drawings.
