Job summary

Mountaire Farms is offering an internship to evaluate automation opportunities in the processing mezzanine area. You will analyze workflows, material movement, and labor utilization to identify process improvements and automation feasibility.

Collaboration with Processing, Engineering, Maintenance, and Operations leaders is required to develop recommendations and support feasibility evaluations. The program includes weekly seminars across Mountaire facilities and a final presentation in

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled and pursuing an Associate or Bachelor's degree at an accredited college or university.
• Valid Driver's license andMountaire Motor Vehicle Record check.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for data analysis and documentation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an interest in process improvement.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to collect, organize, and interpret data to support recommendations.
