Job summary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent and 2 years of professional experience.
  • Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Lead complex process‑optimization initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and data analysis to redesign workflows.
  • Identify inefficiencies in multi‑system workflows and engineer technical solutions such as automated workflows and API/data integrations.
  • Design future‑state architecture diagrams and data‑driven workflow models for measurable improvements.
  • Develop and maintain monitoring frameworks, dashboards, and automated reporting of process performance.
  • Collaborate with business and IT teams to ensure solutions are scalable and aligned with enterprise architecture.
