Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED minimum.
• 5+ years hands-on field experience in the assigned technical discipline within the past 10 years.
• Proficiency with basic digital tools including documentation platforms and learning management systems
• Hands-on experience with PLC systems — Allen-Bradley MicroLogix or ControlLogix strongly preferred
• NFPA 70E and OSHA 10 certification

Responsibilities

• Deliver curriculum in classroom and lab with technical accuracy and instructional clarity.
• Prepare for each session in advance and maintain attendance records.
• Identify students who are struggling and intervene early.
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain lab readiness.
• Represent StrataTech professionally to client personnel and coordinate reporting.
