NTT DATA Services seeks an Automation Platform Engineer/DevOps Systems Integration Engineer to join our Plano team. The role emphasizes designing, building, testing, and maintaining automation tools and platform solutions across Windows infrastructure in a hybrid Plano environment.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in automation, platform engineering, and DevOps, with experience in Windows systems, CI/CD, and enterprise integrations.

• 5+ years of experience with automation platforms, Windows infrastructure, and DevOps practices.
• Experience configuring and supporting Windows-based infrastructure.
• Hands-on automation development, testing, and deployment.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, test, and maintain automation tools and platform solutions to improve operational efficiency and scalability.
• Support and optimize enterprise-scale Windows infrastructure environments.
• Contribute to ongoing development, enhancement, and support of automation platforms including COSMIC and LOEv3.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to implement system integrations and automation initiatives.
• Participate in software development lifecycle activities including requirements gathering, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Support DevOps and DevSecOps practices to ensure secure, reliable, and efficient software delivery.
• Troubleshoot and resolve platform, infrastructure, and integration issues.
• Develop technical documentation, deployment procedures, and operational support materials.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation across enterprise systems.
• Support project implementation efforts and continuous platform modernization initiatives.
