Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in engineering or related field and manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, with PLCs, robotics, and automated equipment experience.
• Familiarity with PCB processes, conveyors, and potting/dispensing systems is valued.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot automated manufacturing equipment, including PCB production lines, to maximize uptime and performance.
• Perform preventive maintenance, calibration support, and CMMS documentation to ensure reliable operations.
• Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems using schematics and technical drawings.
• Support automation systems, including Siemens PLC troubleshooting and robotic equipment (e.g., Kuka/Festo).
• Contribute to continuous improvement and root cause analysis, while supporting equipment upgrades, rebuilds, and contractor activities.
