Job summary

Ultipro is hiring for an on-site manufacturing operator at our Russellville, AR plant. You will operate and monitor advanced packaging lines, ensure material flow and safety, and uphold cGMP standards while maintaining quality checks.

You will rotate across lines, troubleshoot equipment, and document inventory using JDE and Docushare, contributing to a safe, productive work environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, automated environment.
• Team player with ability to work independently.
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and automated systems.
• Willingness to learn and grow with us.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor state-of-the-art automated packaging equipment, including palletizers and conveyors.
• Ensure smooth material flow and compliance with safety protocols.
• Inspect products for quality and accuracy, keeping our standards high.
• Troubleshoot equipment and perform minor adjustments to keep production running.
• Rotate between lines and positions, supporting your team and learning new skills.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace (6S compliance).
• Document and verify inventory transactions in JDE and Docushare.
• Wear required PPE and uphold cGMP standards.
