JCG is seeking a Merchandise Processor 3 – Automation Machine Operator (1st Shift) in Lynchburg, VA. The role focuses on routine machine operation, minor adjustments, and quality control to meet production targets. You will work with bag/box machines, autobaggers/autoboxers, and coordinate with teammates to ensure throughput.

Training support and safety compliance are emphasized. The position requires strong mechanical and math skills, solid communication, and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Operate bag/box machine with minor adjustments to meet quality and production requirements.
• Work from work orders, samples, and written/verbal instructions.
• Call maintenance for adjustments beyond training and safety.
• Use tools, load in-process work, and load onto shipping belt.
• Maintain production log and monitor quality of bagging and product.
• Audit bagging samples and taped offline orders for accuracy.
• Maintain clean and safe work environment and follow safety rules.
• Collaborate with teammates for material collection, tagging, and packaging.
