JCG is seeking a Merchandise Processor 3 – Automation Machine Operator on the 2nd shift at our Distribution Center. Responsibilities include operating the bag/box machine, performing minor adjustments, and ensuring production quality and throughput.

The role requires strong mechanical, math, and teamwork skills, along with attention to detail and the ability to follow safety procedures. Training and collaboration with maintenance and production teams are part of daily duties.

• Operate bag/box machine and make minor adjustments to maintain quality and production requirements.
• Load in-process work from work orders and instructions; assist with training of associates.
• Audit bagging samples and ensure quality of production; maintain production log.
• Work with teammates to collect, sort, tape, and process products and operate related equipment.
• Identify and report defective material or faulty equipment to supervision; maintain a safe workspace.
