Job summary

CBRE is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support the maintenance and operation of building systems at a client facility. You will repair, maintain, and improve material handling equipment (MHE) and robotic systems, ensuring safety and reliability.

The role requires hands-on electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, use of CMMS, and collaboration with on-site teams. A high school diploma or GED and 1 year of related experience are expected, with opportunities to advance within CBRE’s

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of related experience and/or training.
• Proficiency using computers and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience using powered or non-powered hand tools.
• Ability to move up to 50lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.
• Solve electrical and mechanical issues related to MHE and robotics.
• Install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment.
• Complete and document preventative maintenance routines.
• Track and store department inventory.
• Collaborate with Client and Operations Maintenance teams.
• Perform other duties as needed.
