Job summary

Phillips Medisize, a Molex Company, seeks an Automation Mechanic to support daily production needs at the Maumelle, AR facility. You will repair, install, and maintain support systems, coordinating with Process Engineers and Maintenance teams.

The role focuses on troubleshooting equipment, interfacing with automation and HMI, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to keep production running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting equipment in a manufacturing, industrial, or military environment.
• Experience reading and interpreting PLC information.
• HMI knowledge including fault clearing and machine startups.

Phillips Medisize, a Molex Company is seeking an Automation Mechanic to join our Maumelle, AR facility! As a part of this role, you will be focused on supporting daily production needs, repairs, working with Process Engineers and Maintenance team on conducting installations and upkeep of all support systems.

F Shift : 12 hour nights (7pm-7am) Wed-Fri + every other Sat (8% shift differential included!)

What You Will Do

• Working experience with troubleshooting equipment & preventative maintenance inquiries
• Work directly with different machine supplier Technicians to resolve issues
• Working on various types of equipment such as Machines, Robotics/ Automation
• Troubleshooting HMI, integrating all support equipment
• Collaborating with maintenance, production, engineering and operations teams

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Experience troubleshooting equipment in a manufacturing, industrial, or military environment

Experience reading and interpreting PLC information

• HMI Knowledge (clearing faults, starting up machines, homing machines)

What Will Put You Ahead

• Technical degree or higher in electronics or related field
• Knowledge with assembly equipment
• HMI knowledge, experience with servo systems, six axis robots
