Job summary

This role blends mechanical design, automation, PLC programming, instrumentation, data acquisition, and software development to create reliable, intuitive, and robust manufacturing equipment. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field required.
• Experience programming PLCs in an industrial setting.
• Familiarity with control systems and electrical troubleshooting.
• Ability to read schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage projects independently.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and troubleshoot automated equipment.
• Develop and maintain machine interfaces and control systems.
• Maintain industrial networks and protocols (Ethernet/IP, Modbus, MQTT).
• Install equipment, sensors, and wiring on machines.
• Develop data acquisition and logging for process monitoring.
• Support databases, reporting, and visualization tools.
• Create electrical panels, wiring diagrams, and control schematics.
• Perform testing, commissioning, and production validation.
• Troubleshoot issues in production and document solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve reliability.
