Job summary

This full-time role involves troubleshooting, developing manufacturing methods, and updating documentation within ERP/MRP systems. Candidates should have 1–3 years of technician experience, reading electrical schematics, basic PLC knowledge, and proficiency with CAD and office software.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, mechanical drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
• Working knowledge of electrical components, sensors, relays, switches, motors, power supplies, and basic industrial controls.
• Basic understanding of PLC-controlled equipment and industrial automation.
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and manufacturing equipment using a logical and systematic approach.
• Document troubleshooting findings, improvements, and changes.

Responsibilities

• Support optimization and continuous improvement of manufacturing methods.
• Troubleshoot production equipment, electrical systems, and manufacturing processes.
• Assist with selection, setup, troubleshooting, and improvement of test equipment.
• Create and maintain production methods, routings, and documentation in ERP/MRP systems.
• Participate in cycle-time reduction and quality improvement activities.
• Support automation, controls, sensors, and related technologies.
• Develop first-piece sample drawings, process instructions, and pilot-run documentation for NPI.
• Assist in production readiness reviews, first builds, and process validation.
• Provide daily technical support to Engineering and Production; troubleshoot issues and train staff.
