Job summary
Walgreens in Liberty, MO is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep automated micro-fulfillment systems running, including conveyors, AMHE, robotics, and storage solutions, ensuring reliability for daily operations.
You will troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and basic IT/connectivity issues, respond to alerts, and support real-time operations in a fast-paced environment.
Collaborate with operations and IT teams to resolve system issues and build expertise in cutting-edge automation.
Qualifications
- Associate degree or 2+ years of maintenance experience in facilities, manufacturing, or equivalent.
- Knowledge of industrial electricity including single- and three-phase power and motors.
- Experience with hand and power tools and ability to lift up to 80 pounds.
- Willingness to climb to elevated levels and perform physical tasks as needed.
Responsibilities
- Performs assigned preventive maintenance on material handling and FC equipment.
- Uses preventive maintenance systems to maintain machinery per manufacturer recommendations.
- Clears jams and maintains efficient operation of material handling equipment.
- Performs general building maintenance as directed (lighting, wiring, doors, plumbing).
