Qualifications

• Industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing or production.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and processes.
• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, sensors, and control systems.
• Perform electrical diagnostics up to 480V.
• Support automation, robotics, and production equipment.
• Perform mechanical repairs as needed.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Communicate maintenance standards and collaborate with other departments.
