Job summary

Plastic Molding Technology (PMT) is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain and troubleshoot equipment in our plastic molding operation. You will handle electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, servo and stepper motor systems, collaborating with engineers and operators to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, with automation or mechatronics certifications preferred, and proven experience with PLCs, HMIs, robotics, servo drives, and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications preferred.
• Experience maintaining electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and plumbing systems.
• Strong knowledge of PLCs, HMIs, robotics, and servo/stepper controllers.
• Able to read schematics and manuals for automation equipment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections and prevent downtime.
• Install and repair electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, servo, and stepper components.
• Maintain PLCs, HMIs, robotic controllers, and drives.
• Collaborate with engineers and operators to optimize maintenance.
• Maintain documentation of activities and safety compliance.
• Adhere to safety protocols and improve processes.
