Job summary

Fiber Global is seeking a Manufacturing Technician in Indiana. You will perform preventative and recovery maintenance on mechanical equipment, troubleshoot issues, and optimize material flow on the production floor.

The role requires the ability to diagnose PLC faults (Siemens) and perform sensor adjustments, with the potential for working shifts including weekends to support production and engineering needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–5 years of manufacturing maintenance experience preferred.
• Willingness to work weekends and rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform downtime preventative and recovery maintenance on mechanical equipment.
• Troubleshoot equipment using manuals and schematics.
• Monitor temperatures, viscosity, metering, and sequencing for materials.
• Move materials and finished goods safely and efficiently.
• Diagnose and resolve PLC faults, especially Siemens software.
• Support with equipment maintenance and repairs with senior technicians.
