Base pay range

$35.00/hr - $45.00/hr

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour (depending on experience)

Shift: 6am-2:30pm, Monday-Friday

Looking for a skilled Automation Technician with strong expertise in PLC programming and troubleshooting, injection molding processes, and electro-mechanical systems maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, repair, and install electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automation equipment.
• Troubleshoot machines, robotics, and PLCs (Allen Bradley, Beckhoff); perform basic programming.
• Support process improvements, perform root cause analysis, and conduct Gemba walks.
• Set up and integrate automation equipment; maintain records (PM, projects, AAR).
• Uphold safety standards (LOTO, HazCom) and 5-S practices; respond to after-hours emergencies.

Requirements

• Industrial maintenance training or equivalent experience.
• Skills in PLC troubleshooting/programming, robotics, and tool room equipment operation.
• Experience with injection molding machines and peripherals; basic CAD viewing.
• Ability to read mechanical blueprints and apply lean manufacturing principles.
• Physical ability to perform hands-on maintenance, lift up to 45 lbs, and work in varied positions.
