Job summary
Manpower is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Automation Technician in Chaska, MN to support highly automated production equipment and facility systems. The role focuses on troubleshooting, automation, robotics, and continuous improvement initiatives, with a strong emphasis on PLCs, HMIs, servo drives, sensors, and vision systems.
Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, plus hands-on experience with automation and manufacturing equipment.
Qualifications

- Hands-on experience with automation and manufacturing equipment.
- Ability to read schematics and technical documentation.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair automated production equipment and facility systems.
- Serve as primary resource for controls, automation, robotics, and electrical maintenance.
- Perform preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
- Support PLCs, HMIs, servo drives, sensors, and vision systems.
- Maintain CMMS updates and complete work orders accurately.
