Qualifications

• 2 years of college toward a Mechatronics or similar degree or 4 years' relevant electrical/electro-mechanical experience.
• Experience with 480V wiring, PLC systems, HMI, schematics, and multimeters.
• A solid understanding of electro-mechanical troubleshooting, safety protocols (including Lockout/Tagout), and industrial automation tools.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, independent work ethic.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and maintenance software.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair automated systems (shuttles, ASRS cranes, PLCs).
• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance across electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Collaborate with the logistics team to maximize uptime and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot SCADA, HMI, WMS, and CMMS platforms.
• Pursue continuous training and improvement initiatives.
• Be the go-to expert for minimizing downtime and enhancing automation performance.
