Job summary

TRC Talent Solutions is hiring an Automation Maintenance Technician to support advanced warehouse automation systems for a leading industrial automation organization. The role centers on troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and reliability improvements.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of electrical or electro-mechanical maintenance experience, works with 480V systems, and can read schematics while following safety protocols. U.S. work authorization is required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or Mechatronics certification or related technical training.
• 4+ years of electrical or electro-mechanical maintenance experience.
• Experience with 480V electrical systems and reading schematics.
• Strong safety, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

• Troubleshoot and repair automation equipment, PLCs, electrical systems, conveyors, shuttles, and ASRS equipment.

• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance.

• Support continuous improvement and equipment reliability initiatives.
• Collaborate with operations, vendors, and maintenance teams.

Requirements

• Associate degree, Mechatronics certification, or related technical training.
• 4+ years of electrical or electro-mechanical maintenance experience.
• Hands-on experience with 480V electrical systems.
• Basic knowledge of PLCs, HMIs, motor drives, and automation systems.
• Experience troubleshooting industrial equipment and reading schematics.
• Strong safety, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Preferred

• Arc Flash Certification.
• Hydraulic and pneumatic experience.
• WMS, ASRS, or automated material handling experience.
