Job summary

Consolidated Precision Products Corp (CPP) is launching a state-of-the-art aerospace manufacturing facility in Mendota Heights and seeks an Automation Maintenance Technician to help build it from day one.

You will keep advanced manufacturing systems running safely and reliably, troubleshoot PLCs and VFDs, and contribute to preventive maintenance, CMMS documentation, and spare-parts strategy as we start this new operation.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Mechatronics, Automation, Electrical Technology, Electronics, Millwright, or Instrumentation & Controls (or equivalent hands-on experience).
• 3+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience troubleshooting PLCs and VFDs (especially Allen-Bradley systems).
• Strong electrical and mechanical diagnostic skills.
• Comfort working with Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• A proactive mindset and desire to help shape maintenance systems in a new facility.

What You’ll Do

As an Automation Maintenance Technician, you’ll play a critical role in keeping our advanced manufacturing systems running safely, efficiently, and reliably from the very start.

In This Role, You Will

Preferred Qualifications

What We Offer

Hourly Pay: $36.00 – $42.00 (DOE)

Bonus: Up to 5% quarterly bonus potential
