Quanta Nashville seeks an Automation Supervisor to provide operational and systemic support to manufacturing and automation teams. You will troubleshoot issues, drive improvements, and manage the Automation Technicians across shifts to improve workflow efficiency.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent with 5+ years experience.
• Leadership experience of 4+ years.
• 5 years of Automation Design/Assembly.
• 5 years of automation maintenance in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee automation systems and ensure autonomous machinery meets business needs.
• Directly supervise Automation Technicians across shifts and provide coaching.
• Troubleshoot system and process issues; drive continuous improvement.
• Define KPIs with distribution and fulfillment to optimize automation processes.
• Develop SOPs and coordinate training; ensure audit compliance.
• Validate new code with testing resources and conduct User Acceptance Testing.
