Your role as an Automation Maintenance Supervisor

Key responsibilities:

• Supervise the maintenance and sanitation team at our Atlanta warehouse, ensuring effective service in line with technical requirements.
• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on equipment such as conveyors, cranes, cooling systems, fire protection, freeze doors, oxygen reduction systems, and other installations.
• Utilize Fiix CMMS software to plan and execute maintenance tasks efficiently.
• Lead and direct the maintenance team’s daily functions, providing training and development opportunities.
• Maintain a professional culture on site with a strong commitment to Health & Safety, aligned with company values.
• Ensure all equipment is used and maintained according to supplier guidelines.
• Plan and execute maintenance tasks to minimize operational disruption and ensure safety.
• Work within budget guidelines and achieve KPIs.
• Lead sanitation efforts to maintain site cleanliness and appearance.
• Collaborate with equipment suppliers and contractors for proper training of maintenance technicians.
• Complete internal reports and communication as required by the Site Manager.
• Develop understanding of all site equipment and contracts, including cooling systems, oxygen reduction, and dock doors.
• Commit to ongoing team and personal development.
• Meet physical demands of the Maintenance and Operator roles.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Who we are looking for:

• 8-10+ years of maintenance experience
• 1-2 years of team lead or supervision experience
• Strong troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance skills for automated machinery (conveyors, cranes, palletizers, trolleys)
• Electrical, mechanical, or electromechanical knowledge
• Knowledge of PLCs (Allen Bradley, Siemens)
• Associates degree preferred but not required
