Accelera is seeking an Automation Maintenance Specialist to maintain complex production systems and maximize equipment uptime. You will diagnose and repair PLC platforms, HMI interfaces, and servo-driven systems while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

The role includes calibrating sensors, interpreting electrical schematics, and updating PLC logic to improve efficiency. With a focus on autonomous work and project management, you will use CMMS to track preventive and corrective actions

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years hands-on experience in industrial controls or electrical maintenance.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting PLC-based automation and electrical hardware.
  • Ability to read and navigate technical electrical documentation and schematics.
  • Strong commitment to safety standards and regulatory compliance in a production environment.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and resolve issues with Allen-Bradley PLC platforms, HMI interfaces, DFDs and servo-driven motion systems.
  • Execute precise electrical troubleshooting on motors, power distribution networks, and integrated control panels to minimize downtime.
  • Calibrate and maintain sensors for flow, level, temperature, and pressure.
  • Analyze root causes of equipment failures by interfacing with control systems to interpret logic and identify faults.
  • Interpret complex electrical schematics and diagrams to guide repairs and modifications.
  • Implement minor logic adjustments and PLC programming updates to improve cycles and reliability.
  • Manage maintenance workflows and documentation through CMMS platforms.
  • Champion safety by adhering to LOTO, Arc Flash, and industry guidelines.

Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and resolve issues with Allen-Bradley PLC platforms, HMI interfaces, VFDs, and servo-driven motion systems.
  • Execute precise electrical troubleshooting on motors, power distribution networks, and integrated control panels to minimize production downtime.
  • Calibrate and maintain critical process instrumentation, including flow, level, temperature, and pressure sensors.
  • Analyze root causes of equipment failures by interfacing directly with control systems to interpret logic and identify faults.
  • Interpret complex electrical schematics and control diagrams to facilitate efficient repairs and system modifications.
  • Implement minor logic adjustments and PLC programming updates to improve machine cycle times and operational reliability.
  • Manage maintenance workflows and documentation through CMMS platforms to ensure accurate tracking of preventive and corrective actions.
  • Champion a culture of safety by strictly adhering to LOTO, Arc Flash protocols, and industry-standard manufacturing guidelines.
