Position Summary

This position is responsible for managing the Automation Maintenance Technicians (AMTs) supporting Automated Pickup and Delivery Automation (APD). Additional duties may be assigned as necessary.

What you'll do

Essential Functions: Leads routine preventive maintenance to ensure safety and equipment functionality, including inspections, cleaning, repairs, documentation, and recommending repairs and replacements.

Manages work orders, schedules, parts, and equipment, ensuring compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations, quality standards, and safety requirements. Tracks purchases, submits warranty claims, and reports deficiencies.

Provides expertise for developing and improving action plans, supports business solutions, and builds relationships with stakeholders. Ensures compliance with company policies, values, and ethics.

• Vocational/Technical certification + 3 years in automation, robotics, mechatronics, microelectronics, or related trade, OR 5 years experience in these trades.
• Valid Driver's License.

Preferred Qualifications

• Completion of a 2-year vocational or technical program.
• Trade license in the relevant city/state.
• 1 year of intermediate proficiency in MS Office tools.
