Job summary

Exotec Solutions SAS in Phillipsburg, NJ is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to support daily operation and upkeep of automated equipment, helping maximize system availability and safe operations for customers.

You will respond to jams, assist maintenance tasks, and ensure proper procedures while enjoying a competitive benefits package and opportunities to grow in a fast-paced warehouse automation environment.

Qualifications

GED/high school diploma is required.
Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to learn warehouse automation systems.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

Respond to equipment jams on conveyors and workstations to minimize downtime.
Support robot retrieval and recovery during downtime windows.
Assist maintenance technicians with system availability, performance, and basic maintenance tasks.
Promote proper equipment operating procedures with customer operators.
Clean equipment and remove debris from work areas.
Receive, label, prepare, transport, and count materials, supplies, and spare parts.
Follow safety procedures, PPE requirements, LOTO practices, and complete required documentation.
