Job summary

Konica Minolta Sensing Americas, Inc. seeks an Automation and Controls Technician to configure, program, test, and commission Eines machine-vision and automation products across KMSA projects. This role covers system setup, software loading, and field support at customer sites.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with industrial controls, machine-vision, PLCs, and robotics, with strong documentation and collaboration skills for project teams and customers. Travel to sites is required.

Qualifications

• Formal or informal technical training or degree related to electronics, automation, or mechatronics is preferred.
• Experience with industrial automation, machine-vision hardware, PLCs, robotics, or related tech is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Configure, program, test, commission, and support Eines machine-vision, automation, and control systems.
• Assist with configuration of machine-vision tools, cameras, sensors, PLC interfaces, and robotics interfaces.
• Diagnose hardware, software, and integration issues; provide hands-on field support and training.
