Job summary

DreamFields in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Machine Operator I to operate and monitor automated production equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will perform line clearances, label verification, routine cleaning and maintenance, and document production activities.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to stand for long periods, and experience with automation equipment. Must be 21+, High School diploma, and 2+ years of general automation operator experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• 2+ years of experience as a general automation machine operator.
• Knowledge of automated assembly or packaging equipment.
• Experience with ActionPac automation machines is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate various pieces of automated and semi-automated equipment.
• Perform cleaning and maintenance of equipment.
• Conduct line clearances and label verification.
• Communicate any issues involving equipment operation, quality evaluation, inspection, or troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with and monitor the performance of other operators as needed.
• Maintain departmental housekeeping standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
