Job summary

DreamFields is seeking an Operator I, Machine in our Production department. The role reports to the Production Value Stream Supervisor. The position is Non-Exempt and part of the Manufacturing master department, with duties covering operation, line clearances, labeling, and routine maintenance.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and 2+ years of automation operator experience, including familiarity with automated packaging equipment. Eligibility applies to the USA plant in Michigan.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years of age and able to meet job requirements.
• Experience with automated assembly or packaging equipment.
• Ability to prepare concise records and reports.
• Ability to monitor equipment and communicate issues clearly.
• ActionPac automation experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate various pieces of automated and semi-automated equipment.
• Perform cleaning and maintenance of equipment.
• Conduct line clearances and label verification.
• Communicate equipment issues to support personnel.
• Collaborate with operators and monitor performance.
• Maintain housekeeping standards in the department.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
