Qualifications

• Experience reading assembly blueprints, manuals, and schematics.
• Ability to follow safety and environmental regulations.
• Experience using measuring instruments like calipers, gauges, and micrometers.
• Familiarity with layout and drilling/tapping holes on parts.

Responsibilities

• Fit and assemble components according to blueprints, manuals, and sketches.
• Operate hand and power tools safely in a machining environment.
• Lay out hole locations and drill/tap holes for assembly.
• Align components and fasten parts using bolts, screws, or welds as needed.
• Construct, rebuild, and repair machines using hand and power tools.
• Handle machine start-up and packaging tasks.
• Interact effectively with multiple departments.
