Job summary

The LEGO Group is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Technician to support an automated production line in a fast-paced facility. You will help maintain equipment reliability, respond to technical issues, mentor operators, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to ensure high output and quality.

Starting pay is $28.93 per hour with weekly pay. Shift pattern is 7am–7pm on a 2-2-3 cycle, with responsibilities spanning troubleshooting, equipment optimization, and safety compliance

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in manufacturing, production, or industrial maintenance.
• Strong working knowledge of pneumatic, servo, and industrial control systems.
• Hands-on experience with industrial maintenance and/or equipment repair.

Responsibilities

• Daily support of production lines.
• Ensure optimal production flow and output per hour according to targets.
• First line of support for troubleshooting production equipment.
• Analyze recurring technical problems and develop solutions.
• Assist operators with operation, changeover and fine adjustments following SOPs.
• Search for opportunity areas to improve equipment and processes.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects per LEGO CI guidelines.
• Provide technical support and mentoring to operators.
• Document and analyze root causes of downtime.
• Support preventive maintenance strategy and introduce new technologies.
