Job summary

LEGO Manufacturing Virginia is seeking an Automated Warehouse Technician III to maintain and optimize our highly automated warehouse systems. Starting pay is $36.85 per hour, with a 10% night shift differential to $40.53/hr; schedule includes day training and a 2-2-3 rotation.

You will perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance, analyze root causes, and collaborate with operations to maximize uptime while upholding safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Technical degree or 5+ years experience in maintenance in industrial/manufacturing environments.
• Hands-on experience maintaining and repairing automated warehouse equipment.
• Advanced knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems.
• Experience troubleshooting equipment failures and identifying root causes.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on automated warehouse equipment and systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and automated equipment issues.
• Modify machine settings, controls, and operating parameters to optimize system performance.
• Conduct root cause analysis on equipment failures and implement corrective actions to improve reliability.
• Maintain strong collaboration with warehouse operations teams to coordinate maintenance activities and minimize downtime.
• Support relationships with external suppliers and vendors to resolve critical equipment issues.
• Monitor equipment performance and report downtime events, trends, and improvement opportunities.
• Perform vibration analysis, thermography, and other predictive maintenance activities.
• Support maintenance improvement projects, equipment upgrades, and engineering initiatives.
• Maintain compliance with safety, environmental, quality, and maintenance procedures, including LOTO requirements.
• Participate in LEGO Continuous Improvement (LCI), 5S, and Kaizen activities.
• Attend daily shift meetings and contribute to maintenance KPI tracking and reporting.
