Job summary

Henkel's Bowling Green, KY facility is seeking a Machine Operator to support the Liquids production line. You will operate descramblers, cappers, labelers, sealers and related equipment, monitor SPC data and alarms, and ensure proper sequencing and safety on the line.

You will maintain GMP hygiene, participate in changeovers, and assist maintenance with preventive tasks. This role is non-exempt with potential overtime and offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Basic mechanical aptitude with demonstrated ability to adjust equipment.
• Elementary mathematical aptitude (add, subtract, multiply, divide).
• Awareness of GMP to ensure hygienic security of bottles and components.
• Basic computer skills.
• Proficient understanding of automated equipment.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage line performance and priorities for designated Liquids machines including descrambler, capper, and labelers.
• Operate and monitor production software, run filling tests, and respond to alarms.
• Maintain knowledge of sequential control logic across line equipment and conveyors.
• Follow GMPs to ensure hygienic security on the line and facility.
• Keep inventory of overpacks and labels for packaging lines and ensure proper sequencing.
• Coordinate changeovers and assist maintenance with improvements on equipment.
• Support preventative maintenance activities on equipment.
• Ensure PPE and safety guidelines are followed by all team members.
