Job summary

Essity is seeking a Production Technician to operate a simple line/machine/palletizer and support line performance for hygiene products at our Bowling Green, KY site. The role requires 10–12 hour rotating shifts and adherence to safety and SOPs.

Ideal candidates will have a High School diploma or GED and at least 1 year of related experience, with strong communication and leadership abilities to train others and maintain quality across shifts.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate a production line for hygiene products according to fixed specifications and SOPs.
• Lead changeovers and ensure safety standards are followed.
• Maintain documentation and data files during production.
• Monitor product quality and reject items not meeting specs.
• Coordinate with shifts for smooth operation.
