Coca-Cola Bottlers (CONA Services) is seeking an Automation Lead for our Ohio automated warehouse. You will guide a team, supervise case-picking and sorting, and leverage VPS Vertique software to optimize throughput while adhering to safety protocols.

The role requires 1–3 years in a related field, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to lift 30–75 lbs in a noisy environment. Competitive benefits are offered.

• Experience in an automated environment preferred.
• Able to work in a noisy, non-climate controlled environment.

Responsabilidades

• Operates VPS Vertique Picking and loading software with competence.
• Maintain machines and troubleshoot simple conveyor issues.
• Understand package dimensions, descriptions and SKU numbers.
• Direct floor work to ensure efficient operations.
• Participate in housekeeping throughout machines and warehouse.
• Assist in interviewing potential candidates.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
